Fitness For Life Around Grant County (FFLAG) is a 501c3 coalition that started in 2002 to address obesity, proper nutrition and healthy lifestyles. Over the 23 years, FFLAG has provided many programs and events to engage and encourage active and healthier lifestyles which includes the Hometown Health Challenge previously known as Biggest Winner.

The Hometown Health Challenge is a four-week challenge that will kick-off April 1st and end on April 25th, 2025. During this challenge, participants will have the opportunity to participate in physical activity and nutrition classes being held at the Grant County UK Extension Office. Classes include Zumba, drumming, yoga, healthy eating, and nutrition to name a few. As part of this challenge, FFLAG partners with gyms within the county to provide HHC participants with access to a free one-month membership.

Registration: $12 per person includes a free t-shirt and membership for Body Works Gym during the month of April .

Participants must choose what classes they will be attending in order for FFLAG to provide enough space, food and supplies for each class.
